The Oakland County Child Killer was a moniker given to whoever murdered four children in Oakland County Michigan between February 1976 and March 1977. The victims were two boys and two girls, all aged between ten and twelve, whose bodies were found in the following sequence:

Two of these murders are unlike the other two, while one is unlike the other three. The assumption all four fit a pattern attributable to the behavioural motive of a single killer, which they were - The Oakland County Child Killer, doesn't stand to reason. The two which are alike, and upon which we will narrow our focus, are the murders of the two boys, Mark Stebbins and Timothy King.

The investigation into these two murders is complex, further obfuscated by limited public disclosure of original case files, which are heavily redacted and riddled with what appear to be anecdotal red herrings. So to put it simply. The murder of Mark Stebbins can probably be attributed in some way to a pedophile named Christopher Busch, who was the son of a General Motors executive likely involved with a pedophile ring of higher-ups at the company.
While Timothy King was most likely killed by members of a child pornography ring financed by Francis Shelden, of North Fox Island infamy, located in the Cass Corridor region of Detroit. Richard Lawson, a member of this Cass Corridor ring, and the somewhat reliable source of this speculation, identified three men directly involved as, #1 - an associate of Francis Shelden's named Josiah Tazelaar, #2 - a child pornographer named Robert Moore, and #3 - a Ford motors employee named Ted Lamborgine.

What follows is a detailed account of how these two conclusions were reached. Beginning with a little more background on the North Fox Island investigation, covered in Part 4 of this series: North Fox Island: The Politics of Organised Vice Part 4

As early as September 1976 Gerald Richards had given detectives in the North Fox Island case the name ‘Josiah Tazelaar’ as a pedophile associate involved with Francis Shelden's child porn operation, as well as that of a boy named Mark Shuck, who'd accompanied Tazelaar on trips to North Fox Island.1

Notes by Gerald Richards 2

Although his name never appears in what little has been released of case files relating to the North Fox Island investigation, Josiah Tazelaar, a 42-year-old elementary school teacher, had in fact been arrested on the 21st of January 1977 by the lead investigator of that case, a detective named Joel Gorzen, on charges relating to the sexual assault of four boys during a camping trip in 1975,3 for which Tazelaar would later be sentenced to 11/2 - 15 years prison.4

Rare photograph of Josiah Tazelaar, a teacher at West Oakview School, published in the Grand Rapids Press, November 24 1958.

Tazelaar had been questioned and gave detectives the name of another man, Titus “Duffy” Jones, who he said procured boys for a child pornography ring financed by Francis Shelden.5 However, the address Tazelaar had given for this man had in fact been his own previous address of 88 Stevens in Highland Park. Titus Jones had actually lived in an apartment with another man Tazelaar had known, a ford motors employee named Ted Lamborgine, who would later become the prime suspect in the murder of Timothy King. 6 About a year after Tazelaar had given this name to police, Titus Jones was stabbed to death in a basement, most likely by someone he knew.7

Detectives also took a victim’s statement from Mark Schuck, Tazelaar’s 'boylover', who said he’d met Tazelaar through Gerald Richards, and that boys were frequently brought to Tazelaar's property at 88 Stevens in Highland Park, which had served as a child pornography studio and a venue used to host 'pedophile parties'.8 Prior to moving to 88 Stevens, Tazelaar had lived with his brother just a few blocks away from where OCCK victim Timothy King had lived with his family in the neighbourhood of Birmingham.9

Tazelaar had also mentioned a boy named Ralph,10 who was the boylover of another pedophile living in Highland Park named Kent Gilbert Shultz, who was the caretaker of a Methodist Church he lived behind just around the corner from where Tazelaar had lived at 88 Stevens.11

Kent Gilbert Shultz would later be arrested in October 1977,12 based off a tip police received from a child trafficker named Richard Lawson,13 who’d been involved with a child porn ring procuring boys through a Big Brother program sponsored by the Cass-Methodist Church in Detroit,14 which included among its members a U.S customs agent named Robert Shuler who'd been trafficking boys across the US/Canadian border.15

The leaders of the Cass-Methodist Church, who had in some instances personally introduced boys to this group of pedophiles, were Felix Lorenz and Rev. Lewis Redmond.16a 16b

Felix Lorenz

Lewis Redmond

Lewis Redmond was a well known Methodist Priest who had lived and worked in a poverty stricken region near downtown Detroit dubbed Cass Corridor. He owned a number of dilapidated properties in the area, at least one of which had served as a boys home for juvenile delinquents that was shutdown in 1972 over the dispersal of its state funding.17 Lewis Redmond's son, who had been an organiser of the Church's youth programs, was shot and killed in 1976.18 According to a witness who had lived with the Redmond family at that time, the murder had something to do with a dispute arising the rape of one of his friends. This witness also claimed to have been prostituted by their mother to a well known Detroit business man named Charles “Chuck” Costa.19

George McMahon

The Cass-Methodist Big Brother programs had been affiliated with a student program at Wayne State university, which was where Franchis Shelden had worked part-time as a geology professor.20 A student at the University named George McMahon, who had been another organiser of the Cass-Methodist youth programs,21 had been suspected of supplying boys in them to a child pornographer named Robert Moore who had a studio setup in the basement of a bike shop he owned in Cass Coridor.22a 22b

Kent Gilbert Shultz, who'd been involved with this group was an alum of Wayne State University linked to Josiah Tazelaar, Francis Shelden, as well as and a Michigan State Senator named Jack Faxon, who'd been a close friend of his and fellow alumni of Wayne State University.23 When Shultz had been arrested he briefly became the prime suspect for the OCCK murders, but had been cleared based off the results of a polygraph test.24 He was arrested once more in 1984 for the sexual assault of four children, one of which had been an 11 year old girl.25 Which would make Shultz the only suspect police ever questioned for the murders who would have a record of assaulting both boys and girls.

The results of a polygraph test had also been used to clear another former student of Wayne State University as prime suspect a year earlier. A man named Christopher Busch who'd been arrested for the sexual assault of a boy he'd procured through a church sponsored big brother program.

A pedophile named Gregory Greene with a history of raping and choking boys,26 had' had multiple tips called in on him regarding the OCCK murders throughout 1976 & ’77.27 Greene was arrested on the 25th of January 1977 on charges of sexually assaulting multiple boys he coached on a baseball team.28 Greene confessed to molesting a boy named Kenneth Bowman with another pedophile, Christopher Busch. He said Busch would take boys on trips to his family’s cabin in the woods surrounding Michigan's Ess Lake, and that one of these boys had been murdered, who he identified as the first OCCK victim Mark Stebbins.29

Christopher Busch

Gregory Greene

Detectives took a victims statement from Kenneth Bowman the following day, who had been part of a church sponsored big brother program in Birmingham, which was the same suburb OCCK victim Timothy King would disappear from two months later in March '77, and where Josiah Tazelaar had lived previously with his brother. 30Bowman said he had been picked up by Greene and Busch form his house sometime in May 1976 and they'd driven him to a deserted area where he'd been sexually assaulted and at one point choked unconscious.31 He corroborated what Greene had said about Busch, telling investigators Greene had told him something similiar, and that for this reasons he had been scared Busch was going to kill him also.32

Christopher Busch was the 28 year old son of Harold Lee Busch, the Executive Financial Director of General Motors in both Europe and the United States.33 He had briefly attended Wayne State University in the early 1970s,34 before moving on to manage a restaurant called 'The Scotmans' which his father had bought him. Busch was arrested just a few days after Greene on the 28th of January and a search of his home turned up a suitcase full of 8mm child porn films,35 a discovery which soon led to Christopher Busch being named alongside Francis Shelden in a local newsreport on the production of ‘chickenhawk films’.

Traverse City Record, March 12 1977

Busch confessed to sexually assaulting Kenneth Bowman, amongst others he'd procured through a church sponsored big brother program,36 but denied having anything to do with the murder of Mark Stebbins. He submitted to a polygraph examination, and based off the results had been cleared as a suspect.37

Rather bizarrely though, while being interviewed in custody, Busch had admitted to a fantasy he’d shared with Gregory Greene to “kidnap a young boy, tie him up, and sexually abuse him”. When detectives had asked what the pair planned to do with the boy afterwards, Busch had remained silent.38

Busch was charged for the sexual assault of Kenneth Bowman, and had his bail set at $75,000. The judge assigned to his case reduced this to $1000 within a matter of days, which his father paid, and Busch was then released from custody on the 31st of January.39

Then, on the 28th of February Busch was arrested once more on separate charges. This time for sexually assaulting a boy he'd taken to his family’s cabin.40 The victim, Vincent Gunnels, had gone to the same school as Busch's other victim Kenneth Bowmen, and had been friends with one of Busch’s nephews, who'd been the adopted son of Chris's brother John.

Vincent Gunnels said Busch had shown him 8mm films on a projector at the cabin which had featured boys bound with rope being anally raped, and that Busch had tried this with him but hadn’t persisted when Gunnels fought him off.41 For this second charge Busch received a three year probationary sentence and it was later learnt Vincent Gunnels had been offered hush money by Busch’s mother.42

Busch Family Cabin, Ess Lake

Three weeks after this second charge Busch’s name appeared alongside Francis Shelden’s in the newspaper article on sadistic 8mm child pornography, dubbed “chickenhawk” films.43 While the two were never overtly linked, both were pedophiles from well connected Michigan families molesting kids in the same place at the same time. Both used Big Brother programs to procure their victims. And both were involved in the production and/or consumption of 8mm child pornography films. In addition to this, Busch had attended Wayne State University where Francis Shelden taught, which had been affiliated with the youth programs sponsored by the Cass-Methodist Church in Cass Corridor. And finally, a detective who would investigated the OCCK murders discovered Christopher Busch's name on a ledger of Francis Shelden's child porn customers, and stated he had no doubt the two had known each other. 44

In April 1977 the district attorney overseeing the Christopher Busch case, a prosecutor named Robert F. Leonard,45had organised a meeting for information sharing between local law enforcement agencies on the ties between various Michigan based child pornography rings concurrently under investigation.46 It was scheduled for the 11th of April with a list of agenda items including "Identification of Individuals", "National Conspiracy and its effect on Michigan", and "Civic organisations vulnerable to infiltration”.47

This meeting had been cancelled though, and it's unclear why. Or — perhaps it is. That the ongoing investigation into these child pornography rings had led to some uncomfortable connections between the families of Michigan’s elite and murdered children. So rather than arrive at some uncomfortable conclusions, further investigation into these connections was suppressed, and the task force in charge of the OCCK murders shifted their focus to a new suspect, who brought in an academic named Dr. Nicholas Groth to craft a profile for this new suspect. An elusive 'serial killer'.48 From there the investigation began to resolutely conform to the asssumption of a single killer and ignore the totalities of evidence, how the bits fit together, to hyperfocus on granular details, such as the type of car this serial killer drove — a blue gremlin. In a matter of months in the middle of 1977 the investigation had gone from looking at an organised group of pedophiles to looking for a car.

And when one of these pedophiles, Kent Gilbert Shultz, had popped up as a prime suspect in late 1977, he'd been swiftly cleared by a polygraph as if it were a magic wand. 49 After that the case had gone stagnant into 1978. Rumours circulated in the press that the killer's wealthy family had him committed to a mental hospital in the months leading up to when the OCCK investigation would be closed, unsolved in November 1977. Just one day after something rather interesting had occured.

On the morning of November 20, 1978, the brother of Christopher Busch, Charles Busch, received a call from his parent's housekeeper who'd been locked out of their house. The parents had been away and Christopher Busch had been staying there. Instead of entering the house himself, Charles Busch made a call and waited for a patrolman named Richard McNamee, who would later be arrested for the sexual assault of a minor in 1982.50 Charles Busch and this pedophile officer had entered the house together and discovered the body of Christopher Busch inside the room he kept there, lying in bed next to a rifle with a gunshot wound to his head.51

Christopher Busch Room.

Inside the room cimre scene investigators found ropes cut to the length required for binding limbs on the floor, a box of shotgun shells on a dresser, and pinned to one of the walls a hand drawn portrait of a little boy in a parka coat screaming, thought by some to resemble Mark Stebbins, the OCCK victim Gregory Greene claimed Busch had killed.52

drawing of mark stebbins found

The convenience of all this almost defies belief. Ropes for the ligature marks discovered on OCCK victims #1 along with a drawing of him. Shotgun shells for OCCK victim #3, who'd been shot in the face with a shotgun. And the body of a killer who couldn't be questioned.

The OCCK task force certainly thought so. As the very next day after Busch's death the investigation into the OCCK murders was closed and the task force dissolved.53 And just like that, the case went cold.

Then. . .some twenty-five years later, a Michigan detective named Cory Williams, investigating a cold case murder from 1989, stumbled upon information which would reignite an investigation into the link between the North Fox Island pedophile ring and the murder of OCCK victim Timothy King.

In 2004 Det. Williams had received a tip on a male inmate in a Californian prison who had confessed to being an accomplice to a murder back in 1989. The inmate, Richard Mudica, had been a teenager at the time and running around with a then 32 year old man named Richard Lawson. Mudica said Lawson had shot his former boss, the owner of a taxi company named Exavor Giller, in the driveway of his home with a shotgun which had been disposed of in nearby lake. Mudica was able to lead detectives to the lake in question and divers recovered the murder weapon, all but confirming the validity of his claims.54a 54b

Richard Lawson

At the time, Richard Lawson had been recently paroled in California after having served time for involvement in a human smuggling ring which operated across the San Diego-Mexico border.55 He was arrested by Det. Williams, charged dead to rights for the murder of Exavor Giller, and extradited to Michigan for his trial. Faced with the prospect of a life sentence, Lawson told Det. Williams he had information on the OCCK murders to exchange for lighter sentencing. It turned out Lawson had been an informant for a Detroit Sexual Crimes Unit back in the 1970s, and had provided a number of tips on a network of pedophiles involved with a Big Brother program sponsored by the Cass-Methodist Church. Det. Williams spoke with Lawson's police handler during that period, Isiah "Ike" McKinnon, who confirmed Lawson had been part of a pedophile network operating in multiple states, and that he had been a reliable source of information.56

During a series of interviews with Det. Williams in 2005, Lawson gave the descriptions of three individuals involved in the murder of Timothy King, who he claimed had probably been murdered in a snuff film financed by Francis Shelden.57 The three were subseqently identified as: 1# Josiah Tazelaar, #2 Robert Moore, and #3 Ted Lamborgine.

Number #2, Robert Moore, had been a bike shop owner in Cass Corridor linked to the Cass-Methodist Church Big Brother program through a student at Wayne State University named George McMahon. Lawson had identified Robert Moore as a child pornographer who used the basement of his store as a child porn studio to produce 8mm films commissioned by Francis Shelden.58

Robert Moore

Number #3, Ted Lamborgine, was a Ford Motors employee and, if you remember, the roommate of Titus 'Duffy' Jones, the one Josiah Tazelaar said supplied boys to Francis Shelden for child porngraphy when he'd been questioned back in 1977. Lawson stated Lamborgine had supplied boys to Robert Moore for pornography, and that Lamborgine had once shown him a photograph taken by Moore of a naked boy who Lawson believed had been OCCK victim Timothy King.59

Ted Lamborgine

Number #1, Josiah Tazelaar, was never directly named by Lawson, who had withheld the identity of #1 as part of his bargaining position.60 However, this hadn't been the first time Lawson had leveraged this information in seeking clemency for his crimes. A year prior to murdering his boss in 1989, Lawson had been picked up on four counts of sexual assault of a minor. Oddly enough, Lawson had known the father of OCCK victim Timothy King, who'd been a lawyer named Barry King, and Lawson had made a call to him back in 1988 claiming to have information about his son’s murder.

Detectives along with a representative of Barry King’s law firm met with Lawson and he had supplied them with much of the same information, but in more detail. That Timothy King had been killed in a snuff film financed by Francis Shelden, and that three others had been involved.61

Lawson had said Francis Shelden was the major backer of a “chickenhawk” organisation which shipped child pornography to Amsterdam,62 and that #1 who was part of this operation told him during a poker game while high on cocaine they had seen a child porn film with Timothy King in it.63

Lawson also said he'd travelled to Amsterdam in 1979, just after Francis Shelden had fled there, where he'd met with a British foreign national and child porn distributor named Kim Tam Ang. And Ang had told him Francis Shelden and #1 had been involved in the abduction and murder of the Timothy King.64

Lawson had in fact travelled to Amsterdam in 1979,65 and Dutch authorities were able to confirm that both a 'Kim Tam Ang' and 'Francis Shelden' had been named in a 1992 investigation into a child porn ring there.66 So there was some truth to what Lawson had claimed.

Cross referencing this information, with what Lawson had provided once more in 2005, Det. Williams was able to deduce the identity of #1 as most likely Josiah Tazelaar.67 The reasoning for this is as follows.

Lawson stated #1 supplied boys to Robert Moore used in child porn films financed by Francis Shelden. Josiah Tazelaar had been part of Francis Shelden's child porn ring.

Lawson stated #1 was still alive in 2005. Josiah Tazelaar was still alive in 2005.68

Lawson stated #1 lived in Highland Park. Josiah Tazelaar lived at 88 Stevens in Highland Park. Before that he had lived with his brother in the same neighbourhood as OCCK victim Timothy King.69

Lawson stated a child porn distributor in Amsterdam told him #1 and Francis Shelden were involved in the Timothy King murder. Josiah Tazelaar was Dutch and his family were from the Netherlands.

Strangely, none of this information had been followed up on in 1988, despite it having led to the charges against Lawson being dropped, seemingly in exchange for his providing it.70 By the time Det. Williams had stumbled across all this in 2005 both Robert Moore and Francis Shelden had died, however Ted Lamborgine and Josiah Tazelaar were still alive, and became new suspects for the murder of Timothy King.

Josiah Tazelaar was interviewed about his pedophile activities back in the 1970s but was evasive, and despite being caught in multiple lies had been smart enough not to implicate himself in any past crimes. When it became clear the investiation was about the OCCK murders, Tazelaar promptly lawyered up and refused to take a polygraph.71 Later, he would agree to submit to one, but only in exchange for immunity from any past non-violent crimes. His immunity deal was inked and signed, but when he went it came time for Tazelaar to hold up his end, the polygraph was called off due to 'a heart condition', and he never would end up taking the test.72a 72b

Ted Lamborgine on the other hand wasn't so lucky, or smart, or perhaps well-connected. During his interview with Det. Williams he corroborated much of what Lawson had said. He admitted to involvement with Robert Moore and others in the 1970s, to sexually assaulting boys and bringing them to Moore's store to be filmed,73 but denied having anything to do with the child murders.74 He submitted to polygraph on this last point and was failed, which led to him becoming the prime suspect. As such, Lamborgine was then charged with a number of past sexual assaults of minors he had admitted to, and these were leveraged against him to elicite further information. But Lamborgine abruptly hushed up for some reason in 2007. Instead of cooperating further he took a life sentence instead.75 76

Richard Lawson then joined him soon after, also refusing to cooperate with the investigation any further. And without ever identifying individual #1 by name. And Josiah Tazelaar was all but forgotten about as a person of interest. Tazelaar's name doesn't even appear in the book, 'The Snow Killings: Inside the Oakland County Child Killer Investigation', a detailed narrative of Det. Williams investigation of the OCCK cold case which references the same casenotes cited here. Perhaps this was for legal reasons, as Tazelaar had still been alive when the book was published in 2018.

Just as the investigation into the link between Francis Shelden's child porn ring and the OCCK murders meet an abrupt end in 2007, another into that of Christopher Busch had just resurfaced. That would also shed light on the existence of another pedophile ring operating in Michigan during the 1970s. One made up of General Motors Executives, such as Christopher Busch's father, Harold Lee Busch.

In July 2006 a polygrapher named Patrick Coffey, who just so happened to be the childhood friend and neighbour of OCCK victim Timothy King, had met another polygrapher named Larry Wassar at a trade convention in Las Vegas. The two had gotten to talking shop, and when Coffey had learned Wassar had worked in the Oakland County area during the 1970s the OCCK case came up. During which Wassar had casually mentioned he'd tested the guy who'd killed Timothy King back in 1977.77

Patrick Coffey relayed this information to the King family, who forwarded it onto the FBI and Det. Williams, whose focus to that point had been firmly on the Francis Shelden child porn ring connections in the case. It was learnt Larry Wassar had been hired by Christopher Busch’s attorney, Jane Burgess, back in 1977 to perform a preparatory polygraph for the one which had been used to clear Busch as a suspect. It was during this preparatory polygraph, the results of which had been privledged, that Wasser would later insinuate Busch had admitted to some level of culpability in the OCCK murders.

Investigators went back over the OCCK case files from the 1970s and discovered a polygrapher named Ralph Cabot had administered the tests given to both Gregory Greene and Christopher Busch in 1977. Records of these tests were shown to another polygrapher, who determined the results should not have been indicative of Busch being truthful.78 Thus, he shouldn't have been cleared as a suspect based off those results. Which led to an investigation into his connection to the murders.

The FBI interviwed Christopher's brother Charles Busch in 2008 and requested a DNA sample to match against DNA evidence taken from the bodies of OCCK victims. Charles had agreed, but only on the condition that should a positive result be matched to his family's DNA profile, and Christopher Busch be named publicly as the OCCK killer, it be withheld the DNA sample came from him, and his nephews in Michigan be placed in the FBI witness protection program.79a 79b

Even stranger, Charles had also mentioned that near the end of his life, his father Harold Lee Busch, shredded all of the family's documents in his possession, including birth certificates, marriage licenses, passports, and family photos. And he had found that rather strange.80

Harold Lee Busch, Financial Executive of General Motors in USA and Europe

Harold Lee Busch had started his career at General Motors as a low-level accountant at the Fisher Body Division, which had been founded by the Fisher family, another one of Dertoit's high soceity families socially acquainted with Francis Shelden's.81 A member of the Fisher family, Everett E. Fisher Jr., had even had a tip called in on him in the original OCCK investigation back in the 1970s.82

In 1988 and 2005 Richard Lawson had also provided a rather interesting tangential piece of information yet to be mentioned. He had said that he and Robert Moore had pimped boys to executives at General Motors,83 one of which according to Barry King, Lawson had identified in 1988 as Harold Lee Busch.84

In January 1977 the owner of stamp and coin shore named Fred Minch supposedly had a rather interesting conversation with one of his regular customers, an executive at General Motors Chrysler named Harwood Rydholm. The Chrysler executive had told him that, "The killer is the son of a high-level GM executive but the police aren't doing anything because GM is protecting the father"85

This story came to light when the daughter of Fred Minch contacted the sister of Timothy King, who had been keeping a blog on the renewed investigation into her brother’s murder. Over the years, since starting her blog in 2013, the sister had been contacted by others from Michigan who had given similiar accounts of pedophile ring of General Motors executives active during the 1970s.

One, a woman whose mother had been a personal assistant of GM executives claimed she'd been passed around to various "babysitters" whose job it was to prepare children for appearances in child porn films. The filming had taken place at the home of a General Motors accountant with a large storage shed in back of the property where these films were kept in Scooby Doo VHS cases.86

Another, whose friend had been the daughter of a GM employee, had claimed her father was involved with a pedophile ring within upper management of the company. Her father had made her available to this group of higher-ups and rapidly moved up in the company. Every few years her family would move into bigger and bigger houses.87

Det. Corey Williams and investigative journalist Marney Keenan interviewed others with similiar stories.

Yet another woman, who claimed she was abducted in 1970 by a pedophile ring operating out of Auburn Hils (the site of GM's now shuttered massive truck and coach manufacturing facility) spoke of being held with other kids for several days in private homes. "We were treated like toys, rather than human beings," she said. Her account was specific and detailed. Both boys and girls were ritually drugged and raped. No penetration for the girls, no ejaculation inside boys, with emphasis on scrupulous bathing and cleansing afterwards. She said large sums of money - upwards of $100,000 - were involved. When she went to the police, she said, she was humiliated. "I was not taken seriously," she said, "because I'm a psych patient"

The Snow Killings: Inside the Oakland County Child Killer Investigation, Marney Rich Keenan, page 172

Of another woman.

With her attorney and therapist present, she spoke at length about her abuse at the hands of her father, beginning at age four and lasting well into her teenage years. What began as incest escalated into forced sex acts with several of her father' associates. She said she was sold as entertainment at pedophile orgies; she described helping create child porn movies. She gave the names of many of the well-known suspects in the OCCK and North Fox Island cases, and she described their respective roles in the ring.

The Snow Killings: Inside the Oakland County Child Killer Investigation, Marney Rich Keenan, page 173

A FBI victims report filed in 1992 gives yet another disturbing account. It states the victim’s father, an accountant for a company located in Ann Arbour(company name redacted), was part of a child abuse ring led by a “prominent and powerful person” from the Ann Arbor community. Ann Arbor which is where Francis Shelden had lived. The victim was made to watch their father and other members of this group murder two other children sometime around 1975-’76. It also states the father had impregnated the victim’s sister and they had been forced to watch the abortion procedure. 88

While these claims are unsubstanciated, they at least warrant a look at the kind of corporate culture within General Motors at that time.

General Motors had been under the control of the Du Pont family, who these days have adopted their other family name, Nemours, from 1920 until they divested their controlling stake in the mid 1960s.89 During that period a man name Alfred P. Sloan had managed the company for the family from 1923 until his death in 1966. And it would be fair to assume the culture institutionalised within the company over this forty year period was attributable Alfred Sloan and the Du ponts, and that this culture had persisted within the company into the 1970s through its higher-ups who had spent their entire careers there, such as Harold Lee Busch.

During this period, it would not at all be remiss to describe the Du pont family and the agenda of their industrial firms such as General Motors, as fascist. A vague and loaded term in this highly confused era of semantics, but which in this instance means an economic system seeking monopolisation of the economy into industry specific cartels controlled by their respective industrialist owners and enforced by a monopoly of violence of the State. More simply, fascism could be called just a highly controlled economy. Most simply, fascism could be described as an ideology driven by an insatiable desire for control over external forces. Or, the adaption of the chaotic forces of nature into synthetic orders which can be controlled, but taken to a very extreme extent. All the other characteristics that get attached to fascism, such as authoritarianism, follow from this simply lusting for control. Also found in the sexual fetishes of sadists and those who derive gratification from the sexual domination of children. What is a synthetic 'thing', other than the replacement of a natural 'thing' not yet under control? If you can understand that, then the fact the Du pont's primary business was chemicals, which is the business of creating synthetics, is all you need to know. But there's no need to make abstract associations between the Du ponts, their companies, and fascist ideology, when the association is quite literal.

In the 1920s and 1930s the Du pont chemical firm had close ties business ties through cartel agreements with the German firm I.G Farben, an infamous chemicals conglomerate whose synthetic fuels had single handily quenched the thirst of Nazi tanks and planes to negate Germany’s astounding lack of access to natural resources in the leadup to and during WW2.

Alfred P. Sloan had personally been involved in the patent transfer of Ethyl lead to I.G Farben in the 1930s, a compound used to improve the engine efficiency of planes and automobiles. And as late as 1938, well after Nazi war aspirations were no longer a matter for speculation, he had authorised upon request the transfer of 500 tons of this stuff to the Luftwaffe, their airforce.90

In addition to this industrial aid, the largest tank manufacturer in Nazi Germany had been a wholly-owned subsidiary of General Motor called Opel, which had persisted its operations under General Motors control right throughout the course of the war.91 Which may serve as a hint to why many of the critical manufacuring plants in Germany had been spared during allied bombing raids.

All this could be explained away as profit-driven with no ideological motive, if of course, the Du ponts hadn't also been backers of an attempted fascist coup in the United States.

It may come as quite a shock, but in 1934 the Du ponts were part of a plot to replace the US Presidency with a fascist dictatorship. In November 1934 Major General Smedley Butler informed Congress he had been approached by a director of the Guaranty Trust named Grayson M.P Murphy, to put together and lead a paramilitary group made up US veterans as part of a plot to install Hugh S. Johnson, the head of the National Recovery Administration, as dictator of the United States.

The plot was to be financed by the Guaranty Trust, a J.P Morgan financial firm and front for City of London financiers, with armaments for the paramilitary group to be supplied by the Du pont firearms subsidiary, Remington Arms Co.92 For more on this and the detailed evidence, see Antony Sutton's Wall Street and FDR.

The tranfer of power was to be achieved peacefully behind the scenes by Wall Street firms curtailing their purchase of government bonds to get FDR to agree to install this newly formed paramilitary group around him, like a praetorian guard of ancient Rome or SS of Nazi Germany, and from there promote Hugh S. Johnson to a shadow-presidency position of “General-Secretary”, where he would take full control of the US government and relegate the power of the Presidency to the purely ceremonial role played by Joe Biden in the present.

Who, as it would turn out, would also have the Dupont's to thank for his political career, having been the Senator of Delaware. Biden's first senatorial campaign was fully funded and even staffed by Du pont employees in the early 70s.93 His victory was celebrated in a Dupont ballroom, and soon after he and his family moved into an old Du pont family mansion. As Biden would state himself, he prostituted himself to these people.94 And when a member of the Du pont family raped his 3-year-old daughter, it was Joe Bidens son, Beau biden, as district attorney who decided not to prosecute the case.95 Joe Biden shared a questionable relatonship with his own daughter, whose leaked diary contained the following entry, “Hyper-sexualized @ a young age. What is this due to? Was I molested. I think so – I can’t remember specifics but I do remember trauma – I remember not liking the woolzacks house; I remember somewhat being sexualized with [a cousin]; I remember having sex with Friends @ a young age; showers w/my dad (probably not appropriate). Being turned on when I wasn’t supposed to be.”.96

Perhaps Biden prostituted more than just himself to advance his career. The Bidens, like the Du ponts, are a very strange family.

While there remains some doubt as to the particulars in the murders of Mark Stebbins and Timothy King. Who exactly they were killed by and why. It is reasonable to assume given the totality of evidence that pedophiles linked to the North Fox Island child pornography ring were somehow involved. As such, the OCCK murders are the second cluster of child murders to be linked to the same syndicated network of pedophiles in the 1970s. And just a few years later in 1978, there would be a third. The victims slightly older this time. When the bodies of twenty seven teenage boys were found buried in the crawl space beneath the house of John Wayne Gacy.

Links to a single cluster of murders in 1973 is perhaps an anomaly. Links to a second in 1977, perhaps a coincidence. But links to a third in 1978, that is a pattern.

And so it grows. . .

Tribute to Jack Faxon left by Kent Shultz - "I just discovered that an old friend I so dearly admired had passed in January 2020. I met this remarkable and brilliant polymath thinker in 1970, when I attended Wayne State University. Our close friendship lasted several years until we walked separate paths. I was intimately familiar with Jack's commitment to education and the Arts. He was both a gifted teacher and wonderful artist. He was a prolific artist in his own right, having had national exhibitions of his tremendous pictorial art talent. He had a wonderful, and slightly wicked, sense of humor and a great, enduring love of all humanity. I never heard him utter an unkind word to or about anyone, either in public or private. I never heard him use any form of vulgarity under any circumstances, even when dealing with some very obstinate political opponents. He was a consummate public servant of the highest caliber, and during his tenure in the Michigan State Senate, he was once the fourth most powerful elected official in Michigan, acting as President Pro Tempore of the Senate. He was highly regarded by our late former Governor William Milliken, who remarked to me on one occasion how much pleasure he had in working "across the aisle" with Jack, whose wife, Helen, thought very highly of Jack's commitment to humanitarianism and civil and human rights advancements throughout his public service career. He was, and remains, the best friend I ever had in my life. I will never forget him. I will cherish his memory as long as I live. "

"“Hi Cathy, I was a teenager in Detroit at the time and my father had a stamp and coin store at Eastland Shopping Center. One of his customers was E. Harwood Rydholm, a big executive at Chrysler. Mr. Rydholm told my dad that the OCCK was the son of a powerful GM exec and that the police were protecting GM’s reputation so he probably wouldn’t be arrested. Mr. Rydholm passed away in 1987. The ghastly part is that Mr. Rydholm told my father this shortly after Kristine Mihelich went missing.”, Catherine Broad Blog comment., also see The Snow Killings: Inside the Oakland County Child Killer Investigation, Marney Rich Keenan, page 243
